We invite you to a unique experience: a deep dive into the world of soda and wine in Buenos Aires, guided by a sodelier, a specialist in sparkling wines, and the only bartender dedicated to the art of wine with soda.

 

Soda is no longer just a side drink; it takes center stage. We tasted glass siphon sodas, bottled sodas, and the so-called "sodas of God"—naturally carbonated waters that emerge from the earth. Throughout the tasting, we analyzed the origin of the water and the gas, the size, duration, and density of the bubbles, their behavior in the mouth, the temperature, and their overall expression. It's a technical and sensory approach that completely transforms the way we enjoy soda.

 

Then we delve into the world of wine with soda, a local ritual taken to its highest expression. We explore different ways to prepare it with red, white, and rosé wines, with and without foam, trying different proportions and styles. We understand how soda opens up, balances, and redefines the wine. The tour concludes with a special creation: our bartender's signature drink, the only one of its kind in the world dedicated to wine with soda.
