vermouths. The crispy meat from the grill

Welcome to Mataderos! Welcome to
experiencing Argentine barbecue like no one

Before the barbecue, we'll take a brief tour,
strolling through the neighborhood, discussing
the architecture of its houses, its history, and
we can visit an old sportswear store with
historical gems from the brand ADIDAS.

During our tour, we visit the MATADEROS
SLAUGHTERHOUSES, the NUEVA CHICAGO
soccer field, the pizzeria EL CEDRON, EL
RESERO, and many other gems!
Before we continue the journey,
let's go shopping!
BAKERY
We stop at a typical
neighborhood bakery. We see the different
types of bread that exist, the history and origin of the names of pastries, and we taste the "Masas Finas" and "Masas Secas" for the
afternoon with mate.
BUTCHER SHOP
There's no barbecue without meat, and a good grill master chooses what they'll eat in person! Together, we'll go to a typical Argentine butcher shop, buy everything to your liking, and see the different cuts of meat before we go to make the barbecue.
