CAMPO ADENTRO: THE TOUR

Just 90 km from Buenos Aires, we enter a different rhythm and arrive at the rural village of Santo Pietro, near the gastronomic hub of Tomás Jofré. Here, there's no show, just real life.

 

You don't come to look at the countryside, you come to experience it. You feel like a gaucho, you feel like a countrywoman, you share with the locals and enter their world. The culture appears spontaneously: payadores, reciters, and singers who transmit tradition through voice and guitar.

 

From the moment you arrive, the country ritual begins. Homemade cold cuts, cured pork shoulder, prosciutto, cheeses, traditional pasta, and local products. Then, the authentic Argentine barbecue, with sausages from Badano, in an environment where everything has a different pace and a different value.

The tour may include stops in Tomás Jofré to discover its rural cuisine, Suipacha for its cheeses, Luján, Jáuregui with its agroecological gardens, and Mercedes with its historic general stores. If the date coincides, traditional festivals such as the fried cake festival, the salami festival, the peach festival, or national holidays can be added, where rural culture is experienced in its purest form.

 

There is also the option of arriving by helicopter, because the countryside can be both authentic and exclusive.
